The supermarket side starts with a smart home screen: based on each store's buying pattern the system flags which items are "due for reorder", suggests a quantity per line and turns the whole list into an order with one click; repeating the previous order and fixed shopping lists live there too. The catalogue shows every product at the best price across distributors, and the comparison page lines up each distributor's offer with rating, delivery time, minimum order, free-shipping threshold and tiered wholesale prices. The cart is grouped per distributor and warns about shipping cost and minimum-order rules before checkout.

The distributor side is a complete back-office. The dashboard shows period revenue and gross profit against the previous period, order count and average basket, active customers, daily charts, best-sellers and category share, with operational alerts (orders awaiting approval, out-of-stock and low-stock items) at the top. Orders are tracked from placement to delivery with status, payment method (cash on delivery, POS, credit) and per-order profit.

Pricing stores purchase, sale and pre-discount prices per item and calculates the margin automatically; tiered prices, min/max order quantities, low-stock thresholds and SKUs are configurable. Inventory shows live stock, 30-day sales and the estimated days of stock left for each item, and every movement is recorded in a ledger.

Credit accounts tie the two sides together: the distributor sees each supermarket's credit limit, balance and total purchases, and the supermarket tracks its balance and remaining credit with every distributor from its own account page. Both sides are fully RTL with dedicated mobile layouts. A public demo with test accounts for both roles is available.
