AmlakYar — Real Estate
AmlakYar is a smart platform for recording, managing and matching property listings, designed for real-estate agencies and their agents. Its main edition is a Windows desktop app built with Flutter, with web and Android editions too, on a Django backend.
The main modules are users, agencies and agents, subscriptions and payment, supply and demand listings, property–applicant matching, notifications and reports. The matching engine combines database filters with weighted scoring in Python to find and rank the best properties for each applicant.
The backend is Django with Django Ninja and OpenAPI docs; data is validated with Pydantic, sign-in uses SMS one-time codes and JWT tokens, and Redis handles caching, login codes, rate limiting and the Celery queue. Agency subscriptions are paid through Zarinpal, and all dates are Jalali.
The UI is built with Flutter and Material 3, fully Persian and right-to-left with light and dark themes. State is managed with Riverpod, tokens refresh automatically and are kept in secure storage, reports have charts, and every property card can be printed or shared as a PDF.
